With one of the most extensive floor plans of any Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai villa, this ultra-luxe home is spread across two levels. Overlooking the 15th hole of the Jack Nicklaus signature championship course, Palm Villa 130B boasts stunning wraparound views including lush tropical flora, Mount Hualalai and the shores of Maui, and the iconic Hawaii sunset over the ocean each evening. After a full day of adventuring around the Big Island, you can enjoy endless entertainment with this homes four large smart television sets, high-speed wireless internet, and a state-of-the-art Sonos sound system. With high-vaulted ceilings, central air conditioning & ceiling fans, and a multitude of large window displays, this exquisite property allows fresh air and natural light to flow throughout the deluxe space.
On the upper level, youll find the bright and spacious great room with the kitchen, dining area, and lounge area in a contemporary open-concept design that expands outward through sliding doors onto the upper covered lanai (deck) outfitted with outdoor seating and a barbecue grill station for enjoying the beauty of Hawaiis natural environment. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and is furnished with fine wood cabinetry and smooth granite countertops. Adjacent to the media room is the luxurious primary bedroom suite that overlooks the golf course and is furnished with a king-size bed, private deck area, smart television, and walk-in closet. The tranquil ensuite bathroom offers a deep soaking tub, dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a tropical atrium with an outdoor shower. The second guest room (lower level), has two twin beds that can convert to a king upon request, private patio, smart television, and an adjacent full bath with an enclosed shower. Two 4-seater golf carts are included in your rental for cruising the resort grounds. Palm Villa 130B is centrally located on the popular Waiulu Street, the only Hualalai street with a pool and hot tub reserved for guests exclusive use. Payment of daily resort fees, not included in the rental rate, is required to gain access to these amenities, but is not mandatory to book this residential vacation rental. Payment of resort fees is made directly to the resort, which is a separate entity from Elite Pacific Vacations powered by Gather. Hotel services and amenities include:

Once your reservation with us is confirmed, Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai's Club Concierge group will work with you directly to determine your preference regarding amenities access. Seasonally adjusted resort fees paid directly to the resort are calculated per person per day and are based on the age of each guest. Current resort fees are: Infants: Free (ages 0-4), Children: $32.50-$100 (ages 5-13), Adults: $65-$200 (Ages 14+). All Residential Rental Guests in your party (not to exceed maximum occupancy) must either opt in or out as a group. The group may opt-in for one block of consecutive days (a minimum of two days required) rather than for the entirety of the stay if desired. Resort services, amenities, and fees are subject to change at any time. Please inquire directly about the fees during your desired travel dates with the resort. Please be advised that Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai Management maintains absolute control of the establishment and administration of resort access, amenities access, daily resort fees, account charges, policies, and restaurant reservations. Resort amenities cannot be guaranteed and may be limited, without advance notice, during certain local events and peak holidays. No refunds or discounts will be given during these times. If thats not enough to keep you occupied, there are a ton of other exciting activities on the island to satisfy even the most daring adventure seekers. Besides visiting the beaches at the resort, youll want to head 30 minutes north to award-winning Hapuna Beach, excellent for both sunbathing and swimming, with powdery white sand and crystal blue water (beach gear is provided in the unit). If you like your beaches with a side of hiking, meander along the rocky lava fields to Mahaiula beach, or continue along the path to the usually secluded Makalawena beach, where if youre lucky you might spot a turtle in the water or a monk seal sunning on the beach. Finally, adrenaline junkies will have the time of their life ziplining over the tops of the forest in Kohala, a truly one-of-a-kind way to experience the beauty of the Big Island.
