Please be advised that during the Ironman races on October 6th and October 8th, there will be some road closures in the Kona area which may impact traffic and driving routes during your stay. Alternate routes will be highlighted and traffic will be diverted at this time to accommodate this exciting event! We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Maintenance Notice: The Association will be renovating tower walkways with work scheduled to begin on approximately June 2022. The construction period is expected to last for approximately 2 months. The stacks ending in 27-31 are being directly affected, neighboring units should expect construction noise and dust. Please inquire within for details. Thank you for your patience while this project is being completed.

The ocean pool will be tiled starting the week of June 14th 2021 through approximately the end of July. The pool will be closed at this time, and construction may be audible during the day. The main pool will still be accessible.

Both the Hulihee Palace and the Mokuaikaua Church are located on Ali'i Drive. King Kamehameha I spent his last years living near the current site of what is now the King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel, until his passing in 1819. The Ahu'ena Heiau, located on the grounds of the hotel, is a reconstructed temple rebuilt by the late king and is on the register of National Historic Landmarks.
