In the mornings, you can enjoy views of early morning tee times and the sparkling Pacific from your oversized, covered lanai. In the evenings, you can squeeze in a relaxing dip in your saltwater, in-ground swimming pool, and spa before a nightcap with your guests. Imagine the evenings youll spend here where its just you and your loved ones with nothing to do but enjoy one another's company and breathe in the salty, tropical air.

The amenities inside Holua Kai #27 are just as impressive as the ones outside the home, with high-end appliances, a vitamix blender, breville nespresso machine, 75 tv with soundbar and mesh wifi network. The spacious kitchen island includes custom Bordeaux Dream Granite slab countertops and glass backsplash, a GE Monogram Pro stainless steel appliance package, under-cabinet LED lighting, and solid wood cabinetry with soft-close drawers and doors.

This luxury vacation rental is able to accommodate up to 6 guests due to its 3-bedroom layout. The Primary Suite comes complete with a King-size bed and an ensuite featuring a large, free-standing soaking tub, walk-in shower, and split vanities all accented by solid granite countertops. The additional guest bedrooms feature King-size and Twin-size bedroom layouts, with garden views and ensuite bathrooms. With carefully selected furnishings and touches from a professional decorator, youll find that Holua Kai #27 will have everything you might need to make this space feel like your Hawaiian home away from home.

Please note that 7 private tennis and 20 pickleball courts are available for guest use for an additional fee. Of those facilities, 5 tennis courts and 8 pickleball courts have lights. Court Rentals are $25/hour per court for non-members. If you'd like to become a member of the Holua Kai community, the court rental fee will be waived. To book a private tennis or pickleball court, guests may call or text Holua Kai's shop phone, and let them know of the day and time you are planning to play. A member of Holua Kai's community team will let you know which court(s) are available.

Drop-in, Open Pickleball Play Schedule @ Holua Racquet and Paddle: Every drop-in play is open to members and non-members alike. Non-members pay $10/person for each open play they join. For example, if you play in the 8 AM open play and pay $10/person, an additional $10/person for the afternoon play will apply. However, the Holua Kai community offers weekly, monthly, and more membership rates. If interested, please contact Holua Kai's shop for applicable rates.
