A bright upper corner unit, Kumulani i4 has an open floor plan joining the kitchen, dining room, living room and spacious covered lanai into one large living space. Professional dcor and sweeping views of the sea, mountains and rolling fairways are on offer from this rental, just a mile away from both Mauna Keas renowned white sand beach at Kaunaoa Bay and the famous Hapuna Beach. Rental guests are invited to enjoy fabulous amenities access at two world class destinations, the Mauna Kea Resort and the Westin Hapuna Beach Resort with payment of an additional fee directly to the resort. **Resort amenities are detailed below; please review the planned improvements, as this could impact availability.

Perfect for families and couples, this unit is just a short stroll to the complexs amenities center, offering a 50x22 swimming pool, jacuzzi, spacious sundeck, outdoor grills, picnic tables and restroom and shower facilities.

The fully equipped contemporary kitchen is a chefs delight. The living areas plush seating allows ample space for relaxation. Both dining areas, in the great room and on the lanai, boast gorgeous ocean and sunset views. Theres even an ocean-view office area off the kitchen that allows you to soak up the beauty paradise has to offer if you absolutely must do a bit of work during your stay.

The primary bedroom with king sized bed and private en-suite bath is situated to maximize ocean views and offers direct access to the lanai. The primary bath is appointed with dual sinks, large oval soaking tub, shower, and generous walk-in closet. The second bedroom with two twin beds which can convert to a king upon request and adjacent full bath is equally spacious and offers privacy from the main living area.

We provide boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach towels and more to assure your adventures on and off property are thoroughly equipped. A Pack N Play travel crib is included in your rental. Central air conditioning, high speed wifi, and a laundry room stocked with supplies ensure you have everything you could ever want or need throughout your stay.

**The Mauna Kea Resort has embarked on an ambitious improvement and renovation plan that impacts areas of the resort:
*Mauna Kea Main Tower: Closed from 4/15-11/20/2024
*Dining: The Westin Hapuna will maintain its usual operations, offering four dining options. Mauna Kea Resort's dining venues, aside from Restaurant #3, will remain open with occasional closures, offering guests one breakfast, one lunch, and two dinner options daily.
*Pools: Access at The Westin Hapuna remains unchanged. Mauna Kea Resort pool will be worked on in 2025.
*Beaches: Mauna Kea Beach operations continue as normal.
*Fitness Centers: Mauna Kea's center remains open until the new one is ready; The Hapuna Fitness Center is available.
*Golf Courses: The Westin Hapuna Golf Course operates as usual; Mauna Kea Course closed from April 15 to November 15, 2024.
*Tennis: No changes to tennis.
*Spa Services: The Hapana Spa by Mandara operates as usual, while Mauna Kea Spa closes on April 15, 2024.
