Gorgeous newly-built 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom paired resort home that offers 1,653 sq. ft. of modern island living at the world-renowned Mauna Lani Resort. KaMilo 409 is located a short distance away from the best restaurants, shops and beaches on the Kohala Coast. It has a fully-equipped kitchen and a guest-accessible 2-car garage. Guests will gain access to both the private Mauna Lani Beach Club and the KaMilo recreation center, where guests enjoy free access to the fitness center, adults-only lap pool, family pool, two hot tubs, BBQ pavilion and acres of grass lawns. Other amenities of the home include central AC, lanai with gas BBQ and a full laundry room. The bedrooms are cozy with king size beds in both the master and second bedrooms and modern en-suite bathroom for added privacy. The third bedroom features two twin beds and a small outdoor courtyard. There are Smart TV's in all the bedrooms and living room, Amazon Alexa and WIFI throughout. Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, WIFI at no charge, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. KaMilo is comprised of single-family & paired homes on the Mauna Lani Resort and offers the best of both worlds with private vacation homes where you can relax and unwind, plus a community recreation center that will exceed your expectations. All guests who stay at KaMilo at Mauna Lani will have access to use the communal facilities which includes an adults-only lap pool, a state-of-the-art private gym, an adults-only hot plunge and shower facilities. There is a second, larger family pool with a shallow end for small children, a hot tub and a large pavilion area with community gas BBQ's (reserved with the Resident Manager for outdoor cookouts). As a guest staying in the Mauna Lani Resort, you will also have access to use the following facilities on the resort: the Mauna Lani Beach Club (including chairs), Mauna Lani Spa, Mauna Lani Sports & Fitness Club, Mauna Lani Tennis Shop and the Mauna Lani Golf Club (North & South Golf Course). Access fees to use these facilities are due at point of sale. On-site check-in office is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. KaMilo at Mauna Lani is still under development and a rental of a unit (depending on location), may be subject to intermittent construction nearby in the future. South Kohala Management does not have access to the expected completion schedule for these projects nor can we guarantee that a unit will not be impacted by noise from future projects. However, please feel free to contact one of our Reservation Agents for a status update of possible construction nearby to a specific unit.
