Just a few steps away is the comfortable living room, indoor dining area, a kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and a half bath. Also accessible on the main floor is a guest bedroom with two twin beds, television, DVD player, and private bathroom with walk-in shower. On the upper level, the loft area provides a second living room to enjoy with television, DVD player, iPod docking station and CD player. The main master bedroom offers a four post king bed with a television, DVD player and master bathroom with a walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. The second master is also equipped with a king bed, television, DVD player and it's own private bathroom with walk-in shower. Each bedroom will have it's own private lanai with views of the ocean. This non smoking unit is located on the second floor (stairs, no elevators). Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, spacious covered lanai, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, WIFI at no charge, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. The Mauna Lani Terrace is a premier oceanfront property on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island. The Terrace is located adjacent to the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel on the only beachfront condominium site in the Mauna Lani Resort.
All guests who stay at the Mauna Lani Terrace will have access to use the communal pool (heated), children's pool, hot tub, Sauna, a community kitchen and picnic areas with seating and gas BBQ's. The picnic areas & community kitchen may be reserved with the Resident Manager for outdoor cookouts. Parking for one vehicle is provided. The Mauna Lani Terrace is a non-smoking property. As a guest staying in the Mauna Lani Resort, you will also have access to use the following facilities on the resort: the Mauna Lani Beach Club (including chairs), Mauna Lani Sports & Fitness Club, Mauna Lani Tennis Shop and the Mauna Lani Golf Club (North & South Golf Course). Access fees to use these facilities are due at point of sale. The on-site check-in office at the Mauna Lani Terrace is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited. The Mauna Lani Terrace Association will be renovating the amenity complex and pool area beginning April 15, 2020, for approximately 6 months. During the closure, guests of the Mauna Lani Terrace will be granted complimentary access to the Mauna Lani Sports & Fitness Center. The Sports & Fitness Center is located a short walk from the Mauna Lani Terrace where guests will have use of the fitness center and lap pool. Please keep in mind that the pool is for lap swimming only and tennis, fitness and yoga classes will be subject to a fee. During certain phases of the project construction noise may be audible from residences at the Mauna Lani Terrace. There will be at least one BBQ station on the Terrace property for guests to use on a first-come, first-serve basis. Rates are reflective of the pool closure.
