A contractor has been retained to make repairs to and to re-tile the 3rd-floor walkway (catwalk). Project to start 3/6/23 with plans to be completed the first week of April. While the walkway will remain accessible when under construction, there will be considerations for all third-floor units at different times during the project. Rooms on lower floors should expect to hear construction noise.
