  • It was great we loved it! The rental was clean, the sounds of the waves was amazing and snorkeling beach 2 minute walk! We would definitely stay again and recommend it.

  • Kuhio Shores 211 is located on a beautiful property but the unit itself is in desperate need of updating. The unit was clean but the furniture is not comfortable, older TV with no DVD player but a VCR (who uses VCRs anymore?), appliances are on their last leg (can't put much in the refrigerator or it stops working, dishwasher leaks). The drapes in the bedrooms need to be replaced with shutters (or at least a blackout curtain) in order to keep out the light from outdoor lights at night. Unit location is good and the view of the ocean is spectacular. I would not recommend this unit to others but would recommend Kuhio Shores. I will hold off reviewing your agency until I see how long it takes to get my deposit returned (up to 60 days is ridiculous!)

  • The view from this condo is wonderful. We spent hours looking at the ocean. The turtles came up everyday close to the shore and you can see whales in the distance. Also, we had a wonderful view of the surfers. The best "insider tip" is the restaurant/bar TomKats in Koloa. The food and service are great. Very reasonable for the islands. Also, the best Mai Tai's in Kauai in our opinion. Only two negatives. One was the outside hallway light came through the drape at night. Had to hang a blanket over the window so we could sleep. Number 2 were the twin beds in the second bedroom. My son who is only 5'11" feet hung off the end of the bed.
