Poipu Sands #427 is a luxury 2 bedroom condo with 2 large master suites. Both have attached full bathrooms adjoining and the entire unit was remodeled in the summer of 2009 with new carpet and furniture installed in January 2015. This is a very lovely property, with beautiful ocean views from the lanai and the interior of the unit. Kitchen is fully up to date and offers plenty of room and amenities.
Private tennis courts and a large pool that is never crowded are just two of the great things about the Poipu Sands complex. The Grand Hyatt Resort and Spa is located due east of the property and is absolutely gorgeous. Many nice restaurants and things to do, morning coffee, evening hula shows and music happy hour on the lanai and the world class Poipu Bay Golf course is a 5 minute walk away. Shipwreck Beach is located just out the front door and just a short stroll to the sandy beach.
