Located seaside on Kauais beautiful North Shore, Alii Kai 4303 is a comfortable, top floor retreat with incredible ocean views from every room! Its a whale watchers dream come true.

When stepping into this spacious two bedroom unit, the first thing youll encounter is the bright and open living space that looks right out over the ocean. Alii Kai 4303 features a full kitchen, beautifully remodeled and stocked with any cookware you may need if youll be preparing meals at home. Theres a washer and dryer, dining area for four, and a cozy living room complete with cable TV for your entertainment. Just off the living room is the private lanai that looks straight out over the bluffs to the ocean. In the winter time youll have incredible views of whales and their calves just off the coast!

Down the hallway are two comfortably furnished bedrooms. The master suite offers a king sized bed, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and a well lit desk that can be used as either a vanity space or home office depending on your needs. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, with a full bathroom just across the hall. Both bedrooms share the same incredible ocean views as the living room and lanai.

The Alii Kai complex amenities include a pool, a gas grill for guests to enjoy at their leisure, as well as free parking. Location-wise youre a mere mile from shopping and dining options in the Princeville shopping center, and a quick 10 minute drive from the heart of charming Hanalei. World class beaches such as Anini beach and Tunnels beach are conveniently close. For your beach outings, youll find beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards provided in the unit.

As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is NOT air conditioned, though there are fans in each room and screen doors on the lanai to help with air flow.

This is an upstairs condo so you need to be able to go up and down stairs. There are no elevators.

Although this home has internet, the speed and reliability cannot be guaranteed due to the remote location and the service being provided by a third-party.
