All of our Kauai vacation rentals at Aliii Kai II resort share the pool, jacuzzi, and barbecue areas, and lush landscaped tropical grounds. Parking is free. Shopping and dining in Princeville (including grocery store and wine shop) are just minutes away. In under ten minutes, you can be lying on a warm white-sand beach on Hanalei Bay, or be strolling the boutiques, galleries, and restaurants that line the main road through Hanalei. If you prefer to stay closer to home, the Princeville shopping center is only a mile away. You'll find a variety of dining choices from the fun, energetic Ti ki Iniki bar and grill to casual Asian take-out with outdoor dining (and often live music) to fancier fine Italian food. There's a Lappert's for ice cream. And the grocery has a generous selection of ready-to-eat local fare.

Alii Kai 8H is a spacious and updated 1200 sq ft. condo. You'll enjoy hanging out quietly on the private lanai, admiring the ocean and mountain views as you relax with your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine. Master bedroom is perfect for romance with its comfortable king size bed, large overhead palm-leaf ceiling fan, and elegantly remodeled adjacent bathroom. There's plenty of room for a second couple in the guest bedroom with queen bed. Second guest bathroom means you won't have to share!

If you'd rather eat in, you'll find a full kitchen, beautifully updated. You can barbecue your catch of the day on the gas grill provided in the pool area, then dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the refreshing ocean breeze. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are provided right in the condo, and there is a free wifi connection. The furnishings are comfortable and the decor is charmingly island casual.

As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is NOT air conditioned.

This is an upstairs condo so you need to be able to go up and down stairs. There are no elevators.

Although this home has internet, the speed and reliability cannot be guaranteed due to the remote location and the service being provided by a third-party.
