The contemporary open air design of this home bridges the kitchen, dining room and living room for a unified common space that overlooks the outside garden space that is adorned with a number of tropical plants. The common area welcomes in an abundance of natural light, perfect for entertaining a close group of friends and family. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances fit for any chef to feel right at home, as well as a countertop bar leading out towards the dining area. Gather with friends and family in the dining area to feast at the table that seats up to 6 people, or lounge in the living room area which is outfitted with a coffee table, television set, an L-shaped couch, plus a roll away bed fit to sleep one person. Ceiling fans in the kitchen and living room provide ample airflow throughout the space. From either the living room or from the master bedroom, guests can step out to the covered lanai (porch) to recline and enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds Emmalani Court.

The master bedroom comes with a King bed, television set, ceiling fan and closet space, and overlooks the garden and golf course, with the choice to let in the golden sunshine, or close the curtains for total privacy. It is attached to the master ensuite which includes a dual vanity and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is outfitted with 2 twin beds, ceiling fan, closet space, television set and views out towards the garden, as well as access to the guest bathroom ensuite. The rental also includes the in-house brand new high performance washer and dryer.
