Located in the heart of the beautiful North Shore, this 2 bedroom Princeville vacation rental provides a spacious and comfortable retreat in an unbeatable location.

Downstairs youll find the first master suite, equipped with a portable AC unit for your comfort. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, sun-soaked reading nook, and a private lanai perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The en suite bathroom offers both a walk-in shower and tub.

Upstairs youll find a second, beautifully furnished master suite. The second bedroom is complete with a luxurious four poster bed, another private lanai, and a walk-in shower in the en suite. Both bedrooms offer TVs for unwinding after a day at the beach. There is also a third full bathroom on the entry level, complete with a shower.

Upstairs youll also find the open and spacious living room, kitchen, and dining areas, surrounded by banks of windows that let in tons of natural light, as well as the cooling tradewinds. The living room has two couches and a TV for your entertainment and relaxation, while the fully equipped kitchen provides all you may need to prepare your own meals, with the option to dine al fresco on a third private lanai off of the living room. Each lanai overlooks lush island vegetation against a mountain backdrop, and on rainy days its not uncommon to spot waterfalls tumbling down the mountains!

Parking is not a concern, as the unit has a designated numbered spot in front of the townhome. For avid golfers, the complex borders the nationally ranked Makai Golf Course, again eliminating parking concerns, as the clubhouse and golf course entrance are a short walk from the condo. Additionally, the Villas of Kamalii complex features a pool, hot tub, and clubhouse with gas grills for you to enjoy at your leisure.

Looking to get out and about? The Villas of Kamalii rentals are centrally located, so you can easily enjoy all that Hanalei and Princeville have to offer. The Princeville shopping center offers a variety of shopping and dining options, including a grocery store, and is a quick 5 minute drive away, or 20 minute walk along the beautiful golf course. Driving 10 minutes away will put you either in the heart of the charming town of Hanalei, or right on the warm sandy beaches of Hanalei Bay. If you want to walk to nearby beaches instead, Puu Poa beach is a short 10 minute walk, as is the One Hotel which offers upscale dining and cocktails. To enhance your beach experience, youll find a full stock of beach gear in the units garage; beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, and a cooler are all available for you to use as you wish!

This unit is only partially air conditioned (downstairs master bedroom only), however each room has a ceiling fan and screen doors on the lanais to help with air flow.

Villas of Kamalii is located in Princeville, roughly a 50 minute drive from the airport in Lihue.

Although this home has internet, Kauai is a very remote location and the speed and reliability cannot be guaranteed.
