C-7 has central air conditioning, cable television, a keyless entry lock, and free local phone service. A short walk downstairs to ground level accesses the two oceanside pools and beautiful Sugar Beach. Sugar Beach is well known for its miles of unspoiled beach, perfect for morning and sunset strolls.

Maalaea Surf Resort is an exceptional beachfront property located in North Kihei offering spectacular ocean views from all buildings. C-7 is a second floor, two-story floor plan with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom and bathroom are in a loft accessed by a spiral staircase. Access to the second-floor units is provided by two exterior flights of stairs which serve two units. There are no elevators. The Resort provides two oceanfront pools, gas barbecues, free parking, one tennis court, and two pickle ball courts.
