Rates

From $350 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $250.00 security deposit. $175.00 cleaning fee. Depending on dates of booking, additional fees may apply. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted.   • This unit was terrible! It was dirty. There were no trash bags, dish soap or laundry soap, toilet paper, etc. The cupboards were velcroed to stay shut. The cupboards were old & they stunk! The furniture was so discusting & it stunk! The guy downstairs was using the unit before we arrived & was comming in when we arrived to use the fax machine! Never will we stay here again! The washer broke the evening before we left!

I was sorry to hear about Lisa's experience at Maui Sunset 220B. We wish that she would have contacted our office upon arrival so we could have moved her to another ocean view condo on the "A" side of the property. A dust up cleaning had been completed prior to her arrival. We do provide a starter supply of bath soap, small box of Tide, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, roll of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. It is the guest's responsibility to purchase any additional items that they may need. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and we have spoken to our cleaner. Unit 220B is not a remodeled unit and the owners are gradually spending money such as the new living room sofa and occasional chairs, new tv's and bedspreads. We have made the owners aware of your concerns and they will be doing everything necessary to ensure guest comfort. The owners arrived the day you departed and said that they did not detect any smells from the furniture. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are original and may have a slight musty smell to them. The condo has a great location and view, but we are careful to market it in the standard category stating that major renovations have not been done. again wish that we could have made a condo switch in the beginning of her stay. We hope that all in all the guests had a wonderful vacation!
