With 4,400 square feet of interior dwelling space, this magnificent retreat rests on 4 acres of plush landscape, complete with over 30,000 square feet of freshly planted seasonal fruits and coffee trees. Massive lawn areas drape the main house and cottage, and provide ample grounds for children to run and play. Children are loved and welcome! We have provided an outdoor hammock to relax on, propane tiki torches, and a large outdoor table for family meals. Walk amidst the outdoor collection of mature local foliage: plumeria trees, natal plum, coconut palms. Nestled at the foot of the West Maui mountains, with views of the islands of Molokai and Lanai, spacious Makena Aloha Estate can host your 10 guests comfortably within its 4 bedroom main house and 2 bedroom cottage.

The main house has 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Theres an extra room adjacent to the master bedroom, perfect for a small child. The master bedroom retreat has a separate entrance and a spacious bathroom with a large open walk-in shower, rain showerhead, hand held device, jacuzzi tub, and double vanity sinks. The custom gourmet kitchen is complete with reverse osmosis system, Vita Mix machine, espresso maker and double ovens. Relax around the outdoor pool and jacuzzi spa at the main house. Pool heating is available for only $300/day extra.

Makena Cottage is a detached two-bedroom (Queen beds), one-bathroom cottage, complete with its own outdoor table and BBQ grill. Use of the cottage allows additional capabilities for a larger group, while still preserving a sense of privacy amidst a large estate.

With everything Maui has to offer and our superior accommodations, we want to make sure you also have a very safe stay. We are airing out and disinfecting the unit before your arrival with procedures exceeding CDC guidelines, disinfecting all towels, linens, and blankets before your stay and providing appropriate cleaning and disinfecting supplies for your use during your stay. 1. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am, during which time the noise shall not unnecessarily disturb neighbors. Audible sound beyond Property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would otherwise be associated with a residential area.
2. Vehicles shall be parked in designated on-site parking areas only and shall not be parked on the street.
3. Reservations are limited to one (1) rental group at a time.
4. No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur.
5. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of six (6) persons in the main house and four (4) persons in the cottage, including children over the age of two (2) years old.
6. Maximum number of registered guests shall be limited to up to two (2) guests per bedroom; not to exceed 10 guests, including children over the age of two (2) years old.
7. Smoking is NOT allowed in the house or garage on the Property. Smoking is allowed outdoors, 20 feet away from the house/garage on the Property and Guest must extinguish tobacco products properly.
8. People other than those in the Guest Party set forth above may not stay overnight in the Property. Any other person in the Property is the sole responsibility of the Guest.
9. Keep the Property and all furnishings in good order.
10. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
11. Pets are NOT allowed.
12. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the Property, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Beach towels are available in the Property for use outside by the pool or at the beach.
13. Pool/Spa: Please use common sense when using the pool and spa. When using the pool and spa, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.
