1)Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, during which time the noise from the short-term rental home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
2) Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the homes is prohibited.
3) Vehicles to be parked in garages or driveway area and shall not be parked on the street.
4) No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur.Photos are representative of the property and may differ from the actual unit that is reserved.

  • It is a wonderful house right on the water and very well maintained. The owner was in touch with us throughout our stay and made sure that everything was perfect. We spent so much time on the covered lanai in back just watching the water, the sunset, etc. and were very sad to leave. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to be within walking distance of shops and restaurants in Lahaina but still feel like you are in a peaceful out of the way spot.
