Nearby Beaches
Napili Bay Beach is popular for snorkeling as well as scuba diving with an array of marine life inhabiting the coral reef including green sea turtles and myriad fish. Winter months often bring waves that are appreciated by body-boarders and surfers as well as the skim-boarders who like the relatively steep shoreline. Napili Bay Beach is relatively well-protected from the open sea making it a nice swimming beach when the water is calm. There is also good snorkeling on each end of the beach. Children should be watched closely on this type of shoreline, especially since there are no lifeguards at this beach. For more great beaches take a drive down to the crescent-shaped Kapalua Beach and also Kaanapali Beach where there is great snorkeling at Black Rock.

Getting Around
A rental car is recommended when staying in a Napili condo so you have easy access to local beaches and attractions as well as day trips to Lahaina town, Haleakala National Park and "Heavenly Hana" town. Maui's public bus system operates daily with service between towns in West, South and Central Maui including Haiku, Kula and the Maui Upcountry.
