The Flatbread Company approaches pizza with a unique, out-of-the-box flair, with an emphasis on natural, healthy, locally-sourced ingredients. With several locations around the country, it rounds out the dining choices in the North Shore bohemian town of Paia with perfection. Flatbread Company opens their doors along Baldwin Ave daily at 10am, and sees a non-stop flow of people through closing time. The menu features a few salad options (all organic,) but other than that, it is all flatbreads. There are two sections to the flatbreads menu one dedicated to flatbreads without sauce, and one featuring flatbreads with the restaurant's signature wood-fired cauldron tomato sauce.

Flatbread options go way beyond your cliche cheese or pepperoni pizza. One of the most popular items is the Mopsy's Kalua Pork flatbread, which has kiawe smoked free-range pork shoulder, homemade organic mango BBQ sauce, organic red onions, Maui pineapple, a blend of Hawaiian goat cheese, premium whole milk mozzarella, parmesan cheese, and a a homemade garlic oil and organic herb mix.

Daily specials are equally unique for example, the Cheeseburger Flatbread, with toppings including ground beef, lettuce, and pickles.
