It is a low density development with plenty of green space, beautiful tropical landscaping, and 2 pools. The Coastal Walk is adjacent to the property with spectacular ocean and beach views. It is a short walk to many fine restaurants and one of the nicest shopping malls in Maui. It is steps away from Ulua Beach one of the premier beaches with some of the best snorkeling in Maui.

Wailea Elua 1402 is a 2nd floor one bedroom ocean front condo that was recently refreshed with new carpet, drapes, Samsung big-screen TV, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and artwork. The bedroom has a California king bed with new Sealy Posturpedic hybrid mattress for comfortable sleeping, ceiling fan, 2 large closets, and a big-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large double-door refrigerator, new dishwasher, range with convection oven, microwave, and coffee pot, and has new windows that make it bright and airy. There is also a Weber propane grill on the lanai to expand your cooking opportunities. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, 2 sinks, and a separate water closet.

The second floor location offers outstanding ocean views, and is quieter since there is no one above you. There is not a much more relaxing activity than spending time on the lanai watching the legendary Maui sunsets, and whale watching in the winter months. The pickleball/paddle tennis court and the upper pool and jacuzzi are just across the parking lot from the condo. Free parking is just steps from the front door.
