This daydream becomes reality at Kailuas beachside Zen. Nestled in a tree lined private street, just 30 seconds from the beach, calm and tranquil, is your home away from home. It comes with all the modern amenities and comforts and yet preserves the charm of a beachy Hawaiian paradise. Relax in the large open concept living space ideal for families gathering, with two comfortable living areas and an abundance of windows bringing the in the light and lush tropical landscaping. Next to a large dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar awaits you. Enjoy your cappuccino in the cozy porch just outside the kitchen, under the humming fan. Hang out in the lush and beautifully landscaped gated compound, and then step into the endless pool to cool off or to get some exercise. Retreat to your tranquil Zen master bedroom suite and let the sounds of gentle distant waves lull you to sleep. Another full master suite lays adjacent. And even though located at the exclusive end of the two and a half miles of a beautiful beach, you will be minutes away from unique shops and abundant dining experiences of Kailua beach town, a short drive from the Waikiki, Honolulu downtown, Hanauma bay, hiking trails, waterfalls and much more.

**All homes come with a starter set of paper supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags. Should you run out it is the guests responsibility to supply themselves for their stay.

**ALL QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9 PM - 8 AM. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE NEIGHBORS THEY DO HAVE TO ATTEND WORK/SCHOOL.

Extra person Fee of $25 per night per person after the 6th guest.

**High Chair can be provide for addition fee - $10 per night
**Pack n Play can be provided for additional fee - $15 per night

This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more at any one time.


The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30 days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. The 30-day rental period will be communicated to guest upon booking. All rates quoted will be based on a 30 day period. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

In compliance with the Revised Ordinances of the City & County of Honolulu, the Property will be made available to you for your use and occupancy for a period of thirty (30) days. If you do not stay for the full 30 day period and stay for your scheduled dates the property will remain vacant through the end of the scheduled 30 day period.
