The 1 bedroom upstairs has an attached bathroom, there are two bathrooms adherent to. Each room has its own AC units. Two cars can be parked directly out in front of the unit.

The kitchen has basic utensils that you can use including pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware and others. There are also paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels, and beach towels available for guest use. Other amenities available for use include: coffee maker, community pool, BBQ grill, Pack N Play, shampoo, washer, and dryer.
