With peaceful pond, gentle waves and majestic mountains, this home is designed to fully capture the natural beauty of its surroundings, therefore views can be seen almost everywhere in the house.
This 5600 sq ft home features marble flooring and Australian Juara Wood throughout. Fully equipped modern kitchen at your service. A large family room with a Flat Screen TV 41 x 61 can be viewed in all areas on the first level. Watching sunset or sunrise is most comfortable by the patio with steps away from the 3 acres + of the fishpond. Moving walls with large customized mahogany sliding doors making inside/outside island living at its best. Two large master suites on the second level with private sitting areas. A cozy entertainment room with same large screen TV. A sense of arrival/pampered you'll get when you stay at the Kohola Hale!

The overall quality of the house is excellent! The only problems we had was not enough parkingonly two cars for 10+ peoplewe had 14 people in and out and at least 6 cars at one time. The upstairs sliding bedroom doors squeaked and it was dusty all over. Some of the tv remotes were missing batteriesbut the resident manager assisted us; the main tv was not able to hook up hdmi for computer use. The kitchen is fabulous and well-equipped; we prepared all our meals and only missed cookie sheets. The pool and hot tub were disappointingso small, the pictures look better. The ambiance was perfect for relaxationnice and quiet with the pond as a backdrop. The fish were amazingso big and fun to watch. We would recommend to our friends and the best part of the trip was being with friends.
