This groundfloor condo is perfect for a small family or two couples, offering bedrooms on either side of the condo as well as a large living and dining area in the middle where everyone can come together as theyd like. Prepare your morning coffee in the kitchen, relax out on the lanai, and watch passing golfers tee off from the box just across the lava rock. Relax in the communitys swimming pool and hot tub, or fit in an invigorating morning workout at the tennis court, on the jogging trails, or in the openair fitness center.

This airconditioned condo is located in an extremely walkable area, with the Petroglyphs, shopping, and dining all close by. The Waikoloa Kings Course is just across the way, and the Village is a few miles up the road. If the whole family is with you, its a quick jaunt over to the Hilton, where you can swim with dolphins or attend a luau. Dont miss enjoying a lunch, happy hour, or dinner with your toes in the sand at Lava Lava Beach Club one mile south, or making the 10mile drive north to Sam Spencer Beach Park, which has great snorkeling, sun, and shade.
