The great room boasts vaulted ceilings, a breezy open floor plan, and floor to ceiling sliding glass pocket doors out to the main lanai. Abundant natural light and views along with the villa's serenely elegant design offer the best of island living. Soothing sounds of outdoor water features below can be heard from the lanai, a perfect setting for breakfast, cocktail hour, or dinner. Grill up your favorite fish on the Wolf BBQ and dine alfresco as you gaze out at the Pacific and the sunset lighting up the sky.

A spacious open floor plan allows you to flow from the lanai to the living area to dining area to kitchen. The living room features ample plush seating and large flat-screen TV. A basket full of games including chess, checkers, scrabble, backgammon, playing cards and tic tac toe promises hours of fun with family and friends. The stately dining set is a true gem and seats six very comfortably. Bar seating from the dining area to the gourmet kitchen encourage conversation and ease of movement as meals are prepared. The modern kitchen sparkles with beautiful granite and stainless steel and provides top of the line pristine appliances including a spacious Subzero fridge/freezer, Cuisinart coffee maker, 4-slice toaster and Wolf stovetop, oven and microwave. A built-in desk and shelving tucked behind the dining area offers a convenient and separate space to conduct any business that might arise during your stay.

The primary suite is decked out with a majestic wooden bed frame and matching dresser and side tables. The color choices, accent pieces and chic furnishings in the primary suite and throughout the villa invite an aesthetic experience that is both pleasant and peaceful. Indulge by finding some Zen time on the private ocean view deck with chaise loungers, taking a nap in the luxurious King sized bed or a bubble bath in the oversized soaking tub in the primary bath. Other primary suite perks include a large flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, dual vanity, a walk-in shower, and frosted privacy glass surrounding the commode.

The second bedroom features a king sized bed, window seat, large flat-screen TV, ample closet and lovely decor. The second bath, en-suite, offers attractive granite countertops, elegant fixtures and a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom is appointed with two full beds, a large flat-screen TV, sizable closet and inspired functional and decorative furnishings. The third bath is detached, just across the hall, with a graceful Kohler glass bowl sink, chic countertops and fixtures and a walk-in shower.

An oversized Fisher and Paykel washer and dryer are located in the villa for your convenience, along with detergent and fabric softener. Two 4-seater golf carts are included with your rental for laid back tropical transportation within the resort. Beach amenities are also included for fun in the surf, sun, and sand!

Access to Resort amenities is available to our guests for an additional fee per person per day, subject to seasonal restrictions. From 2025 to January 3, 2026, the daily resort guest fee ranges from $75 to $230 per person, plus taxes. Guests can opt-in for Resort access for a minimum of 2 consecutive days, with the entire household required to participate. These fees are paid directly to the Resort, which operates independently from our company and does not control the administration of resort access, amenities access, daily resort fees, account charges, policies, and restaurant reservations. After your reservation with our company is confirmed, we will provide the Resort with your contact information.
