The welcoming living area features a sofa bed, a smart TV, and a hammock. Prepare tasty meals in the kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances. The dining table offers seating for four, and the kitchen bar also seats four. This home sleeps four guests between the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area. The bedroom is furnished with a California king bed and a smart TV. The bathroom has a walkin shower.

The covered lanai provides a patio table with seating and partial ocean views. Kailua Bay Resort amenities include a pool unheated and hot tub, both open yearround, plus loungers and community grills. The home includes free WiFi, a private washerdryer, and a window airconditioning unit in the living area and bedroom. Assigned parking is available for one vehicle in the carport. Additional guest parking may be available in visitor parking spaces on a firstcome, firstserve basis. Street parking is not permitted.

Stroll five minutes to Niumalu Beach or eight minutes to Kamakahonu Beach and the Kailua Pier from your perfectly located vacation rental. A variety of eateries are within a sevenminute walk and the Kona Farmers Market is just 10 minutes by foot. Practice your swing at the Kona Country Club or hike the Walua Trail North.
