Kona Condo Rental Description

Please be advised that during the Ironman races on October 6th and October 8th, there will be some road closures in the Kona area which may impact traffic and driving routes during your stay. Alternate routes will be highlighted and traffic will be diverted at this time to accommodate this exciting event! We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Located oceanfront and adjacent to the 2nd Hole Green along the lush Kona Country Clubs Makai Golf Course, features our popular two-story home design with an attached 2 car garage. An open floor plan with rich, custom wood pocket doors that open on to a large 534 square foot oversized, covered lanai. A roomy home with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Full Baths, the home comes in at 2,685 Square Feet of living space. The Master Suite comes complete with large, free standing soaking tub, walk-in shower, split vanities all accented by solid granite counter tops, and it's own private lanai.

The spacious Island Kitchen includes custom Bordeaux Dream Granite slab counter tops and tasteful, custom glass back splash, GE Pro stainless-steel appliance package with Wine Fridge, under cabinet LED lighting and solid wood cabinetry with soft-close drawers and doors. Quartzite porcelain tile throughout the Living, Dining, Kitchen, downstairs bedroom, and hallways.

Enjoy your unobstructed cobalt blue Pacific Ocean views from your custom infinity edge, in-ground swimming pool and spa. Just you, your loved ones, the ocean, and nothing to do but breathe.

Holua Kai's Plantation-style homes have been specifically designed to connect indoor and outdoor spaces by virtue of large open floor plans that maximize natural lighting and ventilation. While the home is additionally equipped with central A/C for those uncharacteristically warm days.

The home has been equipped to accommodate a maximum of 10 guests with the additional sleeping spaces found in the Office and Upstairs living area. With well thought out furnishings and touches by a professional decorator this home equipped with all you may need to enjoy your Big Island Vacation!

Please note that 7 private tennis and 20 pickleball courts are available for guest use for an additional fee. Of those facilities, 5 tennis courts and 8 pickleball courts have lights. Court Rentals are $25/hour per court for non-members. If you'd like to become a member of the Holua Kai community, the court rental fee will be waived. To book a private tennis or pickleball court, guests may call or text Holua Kai's shop phone, and let them know of the day and time you are planning to play. A member of Holua Kai's community team will let you know which court(s) are available.

Drop-in, Open Pickleball Play Schedule @ Holua Racquet and Paddle: Every drop in play is open to members and non-members alike. Non-members pay $10/person for each open play they join. For example, if you play in the 8 AM open play and pay $10/person, an additional $10/person for the afternoon play will apply. However, the Holua Kai community offers weekly, monthly, and more membership rates. If interested, please contact Holua Kai's shop for applicable rates.
