The beautiful second and third bedrooms provide queen-size beds, and each has its own full bath for total guest privacy. A gorgeous gourmet kitchen with fine finishes such as granite counter tops and solid wood cabinets flows into an expansive great room, where elegant and comfortable furnishings create an ideal gathering space. Every room has a 4K TV as well as a 52" TV in the living room featuring a bluray player.
Huge pocket doors in the great room open to a covered lanai, the perfect setting for a morning cup of coffee, an afternoon nap, or an open-air dinner. Guests have the option of relaxing by their own pool at Holua Kai #32. The Holua Kai neighborhood also features outdoor lounge areas and a lovely ocean/sunset lookout point.
This Keauhou home on the Big Island of Hawaii's west coast allows convenient access to breathtaking beaches such as White Sands Beach Park. Opportunities also abound nearby for championship golf, tennis, snorkeling, diving, and deep sea fishing. Just a short drive leads to endless shopping and dining possibilities in Kona Town. Please note that 7 private tennis and 20 pickleball courts are available for guest use for an additional fee. Of those facilities, 5 tennis courts and 8 pickleball courts have lights. Court Rentals are $25/hour per court for non-members. If you'd like to become a member of the Holua Kai community, the court rental fee will be waived. To book a private tennis or pickleball court, guests may call or text Holua Kai's shop phone, and let them know of the day and time you are planning to play. A member of Holua Kai's community team will let you know which court(s) are available.
Drop-in, Open Pickleball Play Schedule @ Holua Racquet and Paddle: Every drop in play is open to members and non-members alike. Non-members pay $10/person for each open play they join. For example, if you play in the 8 AM open play and pay $10/person, an additional $10/person for the afternoon play will apply. However, the Holua Kai community offers weekly, monthly, and more membership rates. If interested, please contact Holua Kai's shop for applicable rates.
