Kona Alii 201 is a one-bedroom, two-bathroom oceanfront condominium featuring spectacular coastline views and complimentary Wifi. Located next to Lava Java Bistro in the heart of Kona town, Kona Alii 201 has everything you need for the ideal tropical vacation. From its spacious lanai and breathtaking views to its walking-distance location to some of the best sightseeing on the island, Kona Alii is your vacation home away from home.

Every comfort is yours at Kona Alii 201, beginning with the tropically-appointed bedroom which is furnished with a king-size bed. The master bathroom features an upgraded vanity and tub/shower combination. A second bathroom creates privacy for guests and is furnished with an upgraded vanity, and stackable washing machine and dryer. The eat-in kitchen at Kona Alii 201 has been beautifully upgraded with new appliances, granite countertops, and zebrawood cabinetry.

Furnished with all large and small appliances as well as a variety of culinary essentials, you'll find everything you need to prepare your favorite meal or snack. The spacious living areas at Kona Alii 201 are decorated with festive island-themed furniture, a queen-size sleeper sofa, indoor dining for four, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Watch your favorite movie, connect with family and friends or enjoy the ocean view right from the sofa. The spacious covered lanai has beautiful ocean views where you can enjoy a cocktail or dinner while watching the sunset.

The complex also has a dedicated parking stall and an elevator for easy access. Conveniently located in the heart of town, Kona Alii 201 is within walking distance to the Kailua-Kona Pier, shopping and restaurants, including Don the Beachcomber, Splashers Grill, the Fish Hopper and many more. You'll love exploring the area and its many significant Hawaiian cultural landmarks. Both the Hulihee Palace and the Mokuaikaua Church are located on Ali'i Drive. King Kamehameha I spent his last years living near the current site of what is now the King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel, until his passing in 1819. The Ahu'ena Heiau, located on the grounds of the hotel, is a reconstructed temple rebuilt by the late king and is on the register of National Historic Landmarks.

People and cruise ship watch from the Kailua-Kona Pier, where you'll have access to Hawaii's best scuba diving, big-game fishing, kayaking, and dolphin and whale watching. Visit the famous farmers market. Enjoy a shave ice or a cup of Kona coffee.
