Kona Makai is an oceanfront leasehold complex located on Alii Drive near downtown Kailua Kona. Whether you are looking for a place to call home or a vacation rental this unit has the quality you are looking for. From the moment you walk in, you will see the rich details and custom touches. Travertine floors throughout including the lanai, granite counters in the kitchen, stainless steel appliances, wood stained baseboards, beautiful bathroom, and tasteful furniture.

Kona Makai is a gated complex with beautifully maintained tropical grounds with a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, cardio and weight room, outdoor cabaa, library, ping pong table, outdoor BBQs with tables and chairs for dining/drinks outside by pool or ocean. Located close to restaurants, shopping, beaches and ocean activities.

Some external building concrete ( spalling ) repairs will be done on this unit for a couple of weeks sometime in 2024. Work will take place Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. As time gets closer, more specifics will be posted. A discount would be applied if any spalling work is done on this unit while you are staying there to offset any inconvenience..
