Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled check-in will forfeit the full deposit. Otherwise except for holidays special events and reservations booked under certain promotional codes reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours prior to scheduled check-in. Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to scheduled check-in will forfeit the full deposit. Reservations for holidays special events or reservations booked under certain promotional codes as identified at the time of your reservation may be cancelled without penalty up to 30 days prior to check-in. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled check-in will be charged an amount equal to the entire reservation. No-shows and reservations booked under certain non-refundable promotional codes, as identified at the time of your reservation will not receive any refunds for advance deposits or payments made. Please consult your confirmation letter for reservation type and cancellation details. DepositPolicy An advanced deposit is required in order to guarantee your reservation. All reservations will require a credit card that will be charged the full amount of stay plus applicable taxes at the time of booking. Policies Check in 4pm Check out 10am 100 PCT of the booking fee will be charged at time of booking You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room. Children 17 years or under stay for free with a paying adult when using existing bedding not to exceed maximum occupancy of room. A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. A USD 250 security deposit per stay in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check in. The security deposit will be released upon check out and can take up to 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your account. If room damages occur during your stay incidental charges shall be charged to a credit card on file. Smoking is not permitted within resort buildings. However guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas. Any violation of this policy will incur a fee. Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge. No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance 100 PCT will be forfeited. Pets are not permitted. In order to accommodate rental guests at this resort it may be necessary to make a room change during a guest stay. The resort will do everything possible to avoid this unlikely event. However should the need arise to change your room you will be advised at the time of check in. You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resorts Rules and Regulations including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies…
