Cancellation fees apply when reservation is cancelled within the 48 hours policy. Cancellation is first night penalty. Customers can cancel or modify only if the reservation is outside the 48 hours policy. If the reservation is obtained through a discounted rate (any promo) then there is no cancellation, only modification.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
