ShortDescription The 5-star Boutique Hotel Remorino is located in the small town of Minusio- less than 2km from the bustling town of Locarno on Lake Maggiore in the Swiss region of Ticino. Unspoilt natural beauty is what this area is all about. The lake is a 5 minute stroll away and the amenities and facilities of larger town Locarno are a 20 minute walk along the lake shore. This elegant boutique hotel sits in beautiful gardens that abound with camellias- magnolias- palms and olive trees. Within the gardens there is an outdoor pool heated to 30 degrees that has sun loungers scattered about. The spacious bedrooms are decorated with colours that bring the Mediterranean outdoors inside and feature materials such as granite- wood- iron or clay tiles that pay homage to the Ticino region and its history. As standard all rooms offer air-conditioning- complimentary WIFI internet access- Flatscreen Cable TV- a Safe- a Minibar- a private bathroom with Bath and overhead shower or Shower only- hairdryer- Bathrobes and a Wellness bag with sandals and towels for the pool. Many rooms offer lake views and have a large balcony. The hotel does not have a restaurant but it does serve a varied buffet Breakfast daily in the bright and sunny restaurant- on the terrace or by room service. The bar has a wide range of cocktails and beverages. Bicycles- E-Bikes and normal bikes- are provided free of charge and a FIAT 500 Cabrio may be rented at an additional cost from the hotel. Ample parking is available and garage parking can be arranged for an additional fee and must be reserved in advance.
