At Club Wyndham Mauna Loa Village our spacious 1 and 2-bedroom vacation suites comfortably sleep 2 to 6 guests from 970 to 1686 square feet. Whether you are traveling with extended family or a smaller party you will appreciate the privacy of separate bedrooms the economy of a fully equipped private kitchen and the convenience of a washer and dryer in each suite. Reservations for Holidays Special Events or reservations booked under certain promotional codes as identified at the time of your reservation may be cancelled without penalty up to 30 days prior to check-in. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled check-in will be charged an amount equal to the entire reservation. No-shows and reservations booked under certain non-refundable promotional codes, as identified at the time of your reservation will not receive any refunds for advance deposits or payments made. DepositPolicy Your credit card will be charged the total cost of your reservation at time of booking No reservation is guaranteed until full payment is received Policies Check in 4pm Check out 10am You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room. A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check in. A 250 USD security deposit per stay in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check in. The security deposit will be released upon check out and can take up to 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your account. The resort accepts Visa Mastercard American Express and Discover credit cards. Prepaid cards checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted. Pets are not permitted. Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge. No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance 100 PCT will be forfeited. In order to accommodate rental guests at this resort it may be necessary to make a room change during a guest stay. The resort will do everything possible to avoid this unlikely event. However should the need arise to change your room you will be advised at the time of check in. You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resorts Rules and Regulations including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resorts Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.
