ShortDescription The luxury hospitality meets the history of the 1900s: the Hotel is located in a building that is an important testimony of the monumental of the 1930s. This is the palace of the great promenade. Designed by the architect Alberto Calza Bini as a representative palace, inspired by the aesthetic contents of Futurist art, inaugurated in 1935 on the occasion of the seventh edition of the Fiera del Levante, it has been declared historical heritage by the Ministry for Cultural Heritage. In 1957, the great hall became the seat *Teatro Circolare* and, in the seventies, of the film *Polvere di Stelle* with Alberto Sordi and Monica Vitti. In June 2012, it recovered its historic role as a hotel with a renewed image that turned into a luxurious 5 stars hotel. JR Hotels Grande Albergo delle Nazioni Bari is the only five stars hotel in the heart of Bari, overlooking the sea. The hotel is located in the most exclusive and popular area of the Apulian capital, not far from the Basilica of San Nicola, in a monumental building from the 1900s.
