Some suites have direct access to the hotel infinity pool- complete with a clever water management system that minimises waste- and a picture perfect view. The pool is the place to lounge- Aperol spritz in hand- when you are not taking part in a mindful yoga class- or exploring the estate. Get a different view of the grounds on horseback- with a tour followed by wine and antipasti tasting. Follow an expert truffle hunter and his dog into ancient woods to discover the delicacy otherwise known as white gold. You can get hands on with the estate produce yourself under the tutelage of its chefs in a series of cookery classes.
