It boasts a panoramic outdoor pool, and sports and recreational facilities. Accommodation here is air conditioned, and each apartment has a living area, a bedroom and an equipped kitchenette with fridge and stove. Bungalows feature Mediterranean-style décor, a furnished veranda and private terrace. Tennis, soccer, table tennis and beach volley are among the activities offered. In summer, a mini-club and a children’s pool are also available. There is also a bar and a restaurant specialising in Sicilian and international cuisine. Trips and excursions can be organised at reception. Palermo city centre is 10 km away. A shuttle can be booked from/to Palermo Airport, a 25-minute drive from La Marsa. Free bike and kayak rental and free private parking are provided, and Mondello public beach is 1 km away. Policies If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Reception is located 30 metres from the apartments. The outdoor swimming pool is available from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:30. A swim cap is needed to access the pool. The private access to the sea and sun terraces are open from 1 Jun until 20 September from 09.00 to 19:00. The Bar-Restaurant is open from 1 June until 20 September every day from 9.00 to 19.00. Please note that the kids' club is only available from 1 June until 20 September. Guests, before the check in or after leaving the room by check out time, have the opportunity to enjoy the facilities of the property at the cost of a discounted daily ticket. Tidy up is performed daily. Apartment cleaning and bed linen/towels changing every 3 days. Please note that beach towels are not included. Guests can rent them at the property for EUR 5.00 per day. Access to the facility is available exclusively to staying guests and registered club members.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
