It features mountain views, central air conditioning, included access to a lovely community pool with gym and spa, an in-suite full-size washer and dryer, and extras such as fast 400-Mbps internet speed and parking for two cars.

Please note, the Air Conditioning unit downstairs is temporarily out of service. While we await the replacement parts being shipped to the island, we have placed portable air conditioning units in the two downstairs bedrooms for your convenience.

Guests will find everything needed for relaxed meals and downtime in this Hawaiian home away from home.

The condo's four bedrooms include two first-floor primary bedrooms with flat-screen smart televisions with streaming and cable TV, designer linen and pillows and beautiful en suite bathrooms (with walk-in showers and dual sinks), and a queen bedroom and bunk bedroom upstairs with a shared bath. Indulge yourself with organic Hawaiian luxury spa and beauty products from Maile Organics. The living space at Pili Mai 3B includes a large flat-screen smart television with streaming and cable TV and flows out to a sizable lanai with comfortable lounge furniture, a tranquil setting to watch the sunrise with your morning cup, enjoying a good book, or wind down with an evening cocktail.

Within the gorgeous grounds beyond, guests will find a community pool, hot tub, and fitness center, along with barbecue grills, all surrounded by tropical landscaping just across the condo. Guests can connect their devices to wired internet available in each bedroom and wifi available throughout the home. Pili Mai 3B also includes a Graco Pack N Play bassinet, several beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach and pool toys, cooler, and barbecue tools.

Ideally situated in Pili Mai at Poipu on Kauai's south side, this luxury vacation rental condo is just minutes from picture-perfect Poipu Beach Park and the Kiahuna Beach. Shipwreck Beach and attractions such as the Spouting Horn blowhole are also nearby. And a quick drive leads to fabulous restaurants and shops, a gourmet farmers' market, and art galleries at the Shops at Kukuiula. Guests can also quickly access more dining and shopping in Poipu Shopping Village and quaint Old Koloa Town. Less than 30 minutes from the Lihue Airport, the condo is also centrally located between Kauai's lush north shore and spectacular west side, making it easy to explore world-famous Na Pali Coast and Waimea Canyon.

This town home is on the second floor requiring guests to utilize the stairs to access the unit. There are also interior stairs to access the third floor. No elevator access.

Standard occupancy for this rental is 8 guests with a max occupancy of 10 guests. There will be an extra fee for additional guests over the standard occupancy. For children under 5 years of age, however, no extra guest fee applies.
