The Villas at Poipu Kai swimming pool and jacuzzi will be closed for re-plastering and repairs May 3 -28, 2021, however, weather or unexpected events can delay the project. The work will occur Mondays - Fridays, 8am-4pm, and possibly on Saturdays if required to help assure a timely completion. The entire swimming pool area will be closed, but the BBQs will be relocated and accessible during the project.

The master bedroom at Unit B111 features a four-poster bed, direct access to a lanai, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and dual vanities. A fully appointed kitchen with fine finishes offers bar seating, with a more formal dining area for six just beyond. Nearly an entire wall of the living room opens to a spacious covered lanai with open-air dining and space to recline and relax.
The Villas at Poipu Kai also boast a peaceful pool with plenty of places to lounge, as well as a community hot tub, a well-equipped fitness center, and barbecue grills. Manicured grounds with waterfalls, fountains, and palm trees envelop you in a tropical paradise.

With Poipu, Brenneckes, and Shipwreck beaches each a short stroll away, guests can take advantage of Unit B111 s beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella, sand toys, and boogie boards. Brennecke's Deli and Brennecke's Beach Broiler serve lunch and dinner nearby, and a five-minute drive leads to Poipu Shopping Village and The Shops at Kukuiula, both of which have an assortment of dining and shopping possibilities. Another five-minute drive brings guests to Old Koloa Town, where historic plantation buildings have been carefully renovated to create a charming village with additional restaurants and shops, as well as a grocery store. Guests can reach Waimea Canyon in an hour and the lush north shore in 90 minutes, with many natural wonders to discover in between.
