The spacious second bedroom can easily be modified and made up as a king or separated into twins at your instruction and also has it's own A/C. It is a leisurely and lovely 5 minute stroll along the verdantly landscaped pathway that takes you to award winning Poipu Beach. A 5 minute stroll in the opposite direction will take you to majestic Shipwrecks Beach with it's pounding surf and breathtaking scenery fronting the Grand Hyatt Kauai. The homeowners have lovingly provided a beach wagon for easy transport of all your beach and ocean gear. Regency 111 features a huge kitchen, dining for 8, easy access to parking without a view of parking, a short walk to pool and hot tub, and beautiful, brand new furniture and furnishings. Rate: From $195/Night + 14.91% Hawaii state taxes, $200 outclean fee, $50 Damage waiver, and $250 Refundable Security Deposit *Rates are based on Season and subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
