From $380 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $250.00 security deposit. $180.00 cleaning fee.   • We really enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands. Nice complex, great location, and affordable. The condo was in excellent shape and very close to a lot of nice beaches. The highlight being Big beach and Ahihi Cove, both a short drive away. The only suggest I would make is a more comprehensive list of condo and complex amenities. It was only after we bought beach supplies (umbrella, towels, etc) did we discover a plethora of goods in the condo itself (chairs, boogie boards, towels, umbrella) and it was only after we checked out that I saw that the complex rents paddle boards. We would most certainly stay there again.

  • The unit was clean, comfortable, and reasonably well-equipped. We liked the high ceilings and two bedrooms of this 4-th floor unit. Out of all the Kamaole Sands buildings, building 8 is about as far as you can get from the beach, but it's still only a few minutes' walk. The main drawback is that the balcony on building 8 faces an access road for the neighboring development, and there was noisy traffic on it intermittently throughout the night & early morning. There was wired internet in the unit, but wifi would have been a lot more convenient. Check-in was smooth except it would have been nice to just get the keys from the front desk, rather than fumbling in the dark with a lock-box on the unit's door. The location was very good. We enjoyed Kamaole Beach III (directly across the road) every day. There was also good snorkeling a short drive south. Restaurants and groceries were close by too.
