Kihei Condo Rental Description

On Nov 9, 2022 the resort will begin the installation of the infrastructure portion of the Air conditioning (AC) project, affecting the hallways of the building. They will begin on the 9th with the 2nd-floor hallway on the Mountain side of the building. This work includes grinding the edge of the walkways and drilling new holes in the concrete where the rails will be pushed outward toward the parking lot to allow for the AC condensers to the placed in the hallways. The above-mentioned work can and will be, at times, noisy. Work hours Mon-Fri 9am to 4pm. The project is slated to be completed late spring, early summer 2023. Additionally, a few condos throughout the resort are undergoing renovation projects.

Oceanfront views take you across the Pacific and allow you to see the West Maui Mountains and the island of Lanai. Step out onto the balcony, sit back on the patio furniture and take in the cool ocean breeze while enjoying the ocean view or a pink and orange Maui sunset. The kitchen has been recently remodeled with beautiful cherry wood cabinets, granite countertops, new appliances, and stylish custom made back-splash. The kitchen opens up to the living and dining area and provides a large living area to enjoy while relaxing inside and watching the Large Flat Screen TV. The bedroom in this unit has a queen-size bed and the bathroom has a large mirrored vanity and a glass door walk-in shower. This unit provides free wireless Internet and free phone calls to the U.S. and Canada.

The Kihei Surfside is located in South Kihei, just before the town of Wailea. The entire property is Ocean Front. There is a beautifully manicured lawn fronting the building, where you can relax on a chaise and enjoy the ocean breeze and Ocean Front views. The BBQ area is great for nights enjoyed. In for a challenge? Compete with friends in a shuffleboard game. The front desk on the property is available for guest assistance. There is a coin-operated laundry facility on property.

The Kihei Surfside is a short drive from all that South Maui has to offer. Just south of the property is the town of Wailea, where you will find many shops and restaurants from casual to luxury. The town of Kihei has many more shops and restaurants to choose from, including grocery stores, retail shopping, souvenir shopping, a quick-bite-to-eat, and fine dining.
Situated next to the Kihei Surfside is the Mana Kai, which has a convenient store and the Five Palms Restaurant. On the other side of the Mana Kai, you will find the Keawakapu beach. It is a long white sand beach and is a two-minute walk away. Enjoy your Piece of Paradise at the Kihei Surfside.
