  • Love the location and complex. Exercise room was less than inspiring and this suite which has a very nice layout was just a little "tired"-torn carpet on the lanai, older appliances-stove especially and so on.   • We found the grounds and facilities excellent, although the condo itself was quite dated and in need of some upgrading and cleaning, the bed was old and extremely uncomfortable as well as the couch. We had only three forks and the glasses and dishes had dirt on them because the dishwasher did not clean properly. These are simply points to note it did not ruin our holiday as the overall resort was very pleasant.

Thank you very much for taking the time to express your concerns. We will definitely purchase some new silverware and check on the dishwasher! I wish you would of called while here and we would of remedied the situation. During the high season, sometimes items get transferred to other units, so we are unaware. I will update the Owner regarding the bed and couch. I'm glad all in all you enjoyed your Maui holiday! Wishing you the best for 2013!

  • -I really liked that it was a ground floor unit and we could just walk straight out to the BBQ's. -The customer service on the first day wasn't great when I arrived, but the day before we checked out the customer service was great -I don't know if I could pick a best part, I enjoyed many different things for different reasons. I did really enjoy the location of the Maui Sunset. It was really central, not far from the airport and also close the Waliea and Makena -The best picture I took was on our last night at sunset on the ocean at the condo -My advice to someone staying at the unit would be bring laundry soap and extra towels -The part of my trip I would recommend to someone else is the Road to Hana and an insider tip would be to book a hotel in Hana so you can enjoy everything there. Making Hana a day trip is not enough -I didn't have time on this trip but I would love to come back and go surfing
