Maui Sunset is an amazing resort, we had a wonderful time. But 223B was not what we were used to at the Maui Sunset. The furniture was dirty, the carpet was dirty, one of the chairs were broken, the bed in the master bedroom was hard as a rock and there are ants everywhere in the kitchen and baths. The owner of this condo needs to redo a lot of it before taking anyone elses money.

Our family of 6 stayed in this condo for 10 days in December. We were pleasantly surprised at the beautiful view of the ocean from our lanai. The condo was vert quiet and spacious. The location of the Maui Sunset was perfect - close to all the shopping. The downside to this place is that alot of the fixtures and furniture could be updated - especially the bathrooms. I'm sure the wood used throughout the condo was expensive to put in, but it makes the condo feel old. One other downside is the beach. Rather rocky and not the best to swim in. However, we just drove to any of the other sandy beaches, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again, if all 6 of us travel again. Thanks!
