Our condo has been in our family for 25 years. The grandparents recognized the gorgeous views that Elua represented, snorkeling among the turtles, abundant sea life, great diving, fishing, and the opportunities to bike down the side of Mt. Haleakala.

Since our purchase we have installed a beautiful front view window and in 2017 we did a major renovation taking the condo down to the studs. Our condo has a fresh beach look, the same fantastic views and fabulous restaurants, golfing and shops are just next door. Our porch is perfect for relaxing and watching the whales. Because we have attended church in Makena for all these years, we now have had 4 of our grandchildren baptized at a 100-year-old Hawaiian church. Our connection to Maui is full circle. We have always felt that vacations are about location, location, location. Ours is the best!

Wailea Elua Village is an exclusive beachfront property located in the heart of the resort community of Wailea. This relaxing low-density property consists of two-story buildings terraced over twenty-four acres of immaculate tropical landscaping. Beautiful Ulua Beach fronting the property is a well-known snorkeling destination and is great for watching dramatic sunsets, swimming, sunning and whale watching in the winter months. Wailea Elua Village is a gated air-conditioned property that includes two swimming pools, Jacuzzi, beachfront pavilion with barbecues, putting green, paddle tennis court and free private parking.

The spacious interiors include fully equipped kitchens, washers & dryers, cable television, free local and long distance phone service, private lanais and luxury linens. Housekeeping services are included at this resort property. Guests will receive a clean and exchange of all amenities and linens on every 3rd day. Housekeeping services can happen from 8:30am-4:30pm. All days in between are towel drop.
