ShortDescription Our cozy extended stay hotel offers relaxing, apartment-style suites that come with combinations of double- and full-sized beds and sleeper sofas. Each of our suites also includes an in-room kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator. As our guest, you will enjoy convenient amenities like free parking, free basic WiFi and access to our guest laundry room. Housekeeping services are provided every other week for long-stay guests. Our hotel is located just 13 miles from the Asheville Regional Airport and gives you easy access to the major roadways of the area. Students visiting the area will appreciate being just minutes from the University of North Carolina Asheville and Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College. Service, assistance animals are welcome at no charge, must be registered at the front desk. Limit 2 dogs, under 80 lbs per room. No Cats. Non-refundable pet fees, 200 USD pet deposit and 8 USD a pet per night charge for the duration of the stay.
