There is a standard cut-off date of 30 days prior to arrival, rooms are held with either a deposit or a credit card. Other restrictions may apply depending on the type of group booked. All groups must sign a hotel contract; rules of conduct ate required for each youth player on a sports team. Commission Policy -Commission Percent - 10 10 pct commission is payable to all qualified agencies on elgigible rates upon checkout and actualization of room bill. Commission is paid up to 29 days only. If a guest stays longer then 30 days commission will be paid for the first 29 days of the stay.
