For room charging privileges you will be required to present a valid credit card upon your arrival for the front desk to authorize. You will not be checked into your suite until an incidental deposit is given. The front desk will authorize a hold on your credit card for the length of your stay. All reservations will be inputted into The Signature reservation system the night prior to a guests arrival. To confirm cancel or change a reservation at any time please contact The Signature by Luxury Suites International at 702-310-3737. The credit card submitted for payment will be charged for all room and tax and resort fees for the entire length of stay when confirming your reservation. A USD 25 fee will be applied for any cancellation or revision made at least 48 hours prior to arrival date by 5PM Pacific Standard Time 2 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival date will forfeit full prepayment. Cancellations are not valid if left on a voicemail sent by email or left with a third party. All cancellations must be made directly on LSI website or called into LSI offices at 877-574-4685 or 702-310-3737. Non-Refundable reservations will not be refunded for any reason unless LSI is unable to provide accommodations to guest. LSI provides housekeeping services between the hours of 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. daily. Please ensure the Do Not Disturb is not lit during these hours to allow Housekeeping to enter your suite and clean daily.
