Policies Check in 4pm Check out 10am You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room. A valid government issued identification and credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check in. A 250 USD security deposit per stay in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check in. The security deposit will be released upon check out and can take up to 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your account. The resort accepts Visa Mastercard American Express and Discover credit cards. Prepaid cards checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted. Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge. No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance 100 PCT will be forfeited. Smoking is not permitted within resort buildings. However, guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas. Any violation of this policy will incur a fee.
