Early Check Out Policy Rates are based upon length of stay and may be adjusted if the guest checks out early. Hotel requests 24 hour notice if possible. Late Check Out Policy Fee varies based upon time of checkout and availability of the hotel. Late checkout is not guaranteed. Pet Policy Pet Policy - 1-6 nights, a 75 non-refundable fee; 7-29 nights, a 150 non-refundable fee. 30 or mre nights a $200 non-refundable fee. Max. 2 pets per rm, weight limit is 50 lbs or less for 1 pet or max. 75 lbs for 2 pets. @nd pet is an additional $50. Group Conditions Commission Policy -Commission Percent - 10 10 pct commission is payable to all qualified agencies on eligible rates upon checkout and actualization of room bill. Commission is paid up to 29 days only. If a guest stays longer then 30 days commission will be paid for the first 29 days of the stay.
